The overarching premise of this course is that the more you come to know and connect with your energy source, and the unique way it expresses itself, the better you’ll be able to do so with others, and the happier and more peaceful you’ll feel within. THE GOAL? Reach new levels of energy awareness and use that to positively impact your day-to-day.

Are you energy-aware and leveraging its benefits?

• You’re consciously aware that there’s an energetic aspect to your nature.
• When you think of energy, you don’t just think in terms of output, you think of it as an intrinsic part of who you are.
• You’ve found ways to harness and leverage energy to help yourself and others.
• You understand that energy = impact. Things, spaces and other people can impact your energy just as you can impact theirs. There’s a deeper exchange going on, which we will illuminate, which is where energy = unity comes in.
• You’re open to it. There have been times in your life when you’ve had a level of curiosity around it, and you’re ready to go again now.
• It enhances your relationships and life but doesn’t dominate them. You’ve used it to pick up information about others and the world around you and hone your intuition. It’s been instrumental in helping you navigate life’s challenges and upheaval.
• You consciously access it to heal, support, become more self-aware, and be a better version of yourself.
• You’re aware of the impact of your energy levels on productivity and wellbeing. You understand the importance of balance and self-care.

At a fundamental level, being aware, and becoming more so, of the energy exchange within yourself, other people and the world around you has the following benefits:

What will we cover?

Depending on group needs, we will dip into the following topic areas, amongst others:

• What is energy and how can we leverage it? Energy, but not as you may know it! A deep dive into the vibrational and energetic exchange that takes place within us, between ourselves and others, and our environment. Getting familiar with your energy is key to ‘knowing yourself’.
• Energy and Intuition – we know intuition works, but trusting it (as you already do) gives you access to a greater range of opportunities. Allow your intuition to guide you to deeper levels of self-awareness and confidence as we dig into the relationship between these two areas. By making more of the unconscious, conscious, you’ll reveal insights, internal connections, capabilities and opportunities that you never realised existed.
• Energy and Connection – a powerful pairing that enables you to connect energetically with greater precision and accuracy.
• The Intuitive Leader – how to lead more intentionally, intuitively and authentically at work/home.
• Personal Development – experience your core self, and connect with the core in others.
• Working with energy to enhance our personal and professional lives. Discussions, activities, self-reflection and practice sessions will all build on what you’re learning and experiencing, so that you can assimilate what you’ve learnt, use it to help guide your relationships, work, decision-making, and leverage its power day to day.

Classes are delivered virtually (6 x 2.5 hours) or F2F in Europe and APAC (2.5 days) and capped at 12 delegates per cohort. Each cohort is customised around delegate needs and offers a bespoke experience.
